Company Profile

Sinopec Lubricant (Singapore) Pte Ltd was established on May 12, 2010. It is the first overseas lubricant production plant in China also the first overseas production and sales base in China's lubricant industry. The registered capital is 25.575 million US dollars. Sinopec Lubricant Nigeria Branch (Sinopec Service Nigeria) was established on August 4, 2005.

In January 15 2025, Sinopec Lubricant (Singapore) Pte Ltd signed with Bestaf-MRS do deliver its first production base in Tincan Island, the Lagos state.

The company specialized in production, sales and related technical services of lubricant. The business scope mainly includes international distribution market development, marine oil market development and base oil/additive trade. The products are sold to ECOWAS countries and regions such as Nigeria, Ghana, Guinea, etc.

Health Safety Environment

Sinopec has established standards of Safety, Environment and Occupational Health Management System to safeguard the company and stakeholders including customers, contractors and partners to manage safety, environmental protection and occupational health.

The headquarters and all subsidiaries set up HSE management departments to manage the operations on energy conservation, emission reduction, greenhouse gas emission, environmental protection, water conservation, energy integrated utilization and clean production.

The subsidiaries establish HSE regulations and monitor the relevant operations complying with China and local laws and regulations.
